Prices

Round guest tables will seat a maximum of 8 per table.

Rental
China,
silverware, glassware, coffee carafes and water
pitchers available for a nominal charge per person for
rentals in the Memorial Room and Lounge. Available
with any plan. $2.50 per person.
Catering
(Plan 1)
Plan 1
provides a choice of room rental only. Catering
is the responsibility of the Lessee. The Caterer must
be approved by the St. Clair County Health Department
and Lessee must sign a Hold Harmless contract. If you choose to
provide the food a $100.00 kitchen fee will be
charged. A refund of $50.00 will be mailed to the
Lessee, if the kitchen is left clean to the
satisfaction of McMorran Place.

Capital Refurbishment and Repair Fund Fee will be
levied on all rentals based on the room rental. No
other tax or gratuity will be charged.
